Shipping policy

Everything we sell is built and shipped from our shop in Bozeman, Montana. Orders are processed in the order they are received unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

How long it takes
Most orders ship within 3 business days of being placed. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the shop. During peak season or on large orders, processing can occasionally take longer — if that happens, we will contact you directly.

What shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and where it is going, and the exact amount is shown before you pay. For racks and hardware, most orders land between $10 and $50 within the continental United States. Small parts and accessories ship at a $3.99 flat rate. Nothing is added after checkout.

We ship via UPS and DHL Express. International shipping is available at checkout; any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage or delays in transit
Once a package leaves our shop it is in the carrier's hands, and PowTechMFG is not responsible for carrier delays. If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, email us at Info@powtechmfg.com right away and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns and replacements.
